• A sentence on a page that is wrong, with the link and the line.
• A review that names you, or that includes a private detail we missed.
• A question about the privacy policy.
• A reader note you want an editor to see. The form on review pages stays on your device until you also email the text.

Do not write to us about

• A withdrawal that has not arrived.
• A bonus that did not credit.
• A locked account, a failed OTP, or a forgotten password.
• A request to change odds, void a bet, or chase another player.

Those problems sit with the operator, on the channel you used when you opened the account. We cannot see your balance. We will not ask you to send a screenshot of it. What gets a faster answer

One email, one page link, one clear point. "The payments page says Sunday withdrawals are always instant" is something we can check. "Your site is bad" is not. If you want a line removed, quote the line. If you are writing about harm, or about a minor, say that in the first sentence so it is not left in a general pile.

Time

A simple correction often goes up the same week. A legal notice takes longer because a person reads it carefully. We do not reply to mail that only wants a link placement or a paid star rating.
